Privacy Policy
Flowliva AI provides an AI front-office platform to law firms (our customers). This policy explains how we handle personal information processed through the platform.
Information we process: contact details and case descriptions submitted by prospective clients via phone, SMS, web forms, email, and webhooks; call recordings and transcripts; appointment and document metadata. Data is processed on behalf of the law firm (the data controller) under our agreement with them.
Security: all traffic is encrypted in transit (TLS) and data is encrypted at rest. Tenant data is isolated with Postgres Row-Level Security. File access uses short-lived signed URLs. Access is role-based and fully audit-logged.
Calls may be recorded; recording is disclosed in the greeting. SMS messaging follows TCPA requirements, including express consent and honoring STOP/HELP.
Data retention and deletion are configurable per firm. To exercise a request, contact the firm you interacted with, or email [email protected].
